What time are your services?

What should I wear?
Many people are unsure of what to wear when they visit church, but our congregation is diverse and we want you to be comfortable. Our pastors, ministers, and platform staff dress conservatively and professionally. Our congregation varies--some people wear their Sunday best, while others dress more casually, some even wear jeans. Again, we want you to be comfortable during service, so dress appropriately for your level of comfort. Simply put--you are welcomed to come as you are!
Where should I park?
We have parking lots on both the east and west sides of our campus, both of which have convenient access to our sanctuary.
Is North Pointe Pentecostal Church wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We have two wheelchair accessible entrances. Those needing to go to our prayer room or elderly adult Sunday school class can enter through the door on the south side of our building. Those needing to go to the sanctuary only can enter through the double doors on the east side of our building. We also have a friendly usher staff who will happily offer their assistance.
What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive at North Pointe Pentecostal Church, you will be warmly greeted by a host or hostess. If this is your first visit to North Pointe Pentecostal Church, you will be given a bulletin that includes our guest card; you will be asked to complete the guest card and return it to an usher when the offering is taken during services. We are glad you have chosen to worship with us and the guest card simply allows our pastor to personally thank you for choosing to worship with us. You will not be asked to stand or do anything special because we want you to make yourself at home at North Pointe Pentecostal Church.
How do I find my way around?
At North Pointe Pentecostal Church we have a host and hostess staff that is eager to assist you in finding your way around. In addition to the host and hostess you will meet at the door, we also have a Welcome Center conveniently located in our foyer. Volunteers at the Welcome Center can assist you in choosing the right Sunday school classes for you and your family, answer any questions you have about the guest card or bulletin, direct you to the restrooms or nursery, and help you find a seat in our sanctuary.
Is there a nursery available?
Yes. We want you to be able to participate and enjoy our worship service, so we provide a fully-staffed nursery for your convenience. We also have a cry-room in our nursery for parents needing to nurse their infants. The nursery is available for children up to three years of age; older children are welcome to attend our Sunday school classes and worship service on Sunday morning and our Kidz Club service on Wednesday. An usher, host, or hostess will readily help you find the nursery if necessary.
Where do my children go?
Children age three and under are welcomed in our nursery for all of our services. Children between the ages of 3-11 will be directed to the Sunday School Class for their age group on Sunday mornings; they are welcomed to join you for Morning Worship in the sanctuary following Sunday School. On Wednesdays, we offer Kidz Club activities for children between the ages of 3-11; Kidz Club is next door in the Children's Chapel in our Family Life Center. An usher, host, or hostess will be available to help you and your children find their class or service.
Where do my teens go?
On Sunday mornings we offer Junior High and High School Sunday School Classes at 9:30 am. At 10:30 am, you teens are invited to Morning Worship in the sanctuary. On Wednesdays, we have Frontline Youth Service in our Youth Chapel in our Family Life Center. An usher, host, or hostess will gladly help you and your teen find their class or the Youth Chapel.
What are the worship services like?
Our services are filled with vibrant worship, uplifting music, and dynamic, relevant preaching. We clap our hands, lift our hands, sing aloud, and offer sincere expressions of worship. Please feel at liberty to worship however you are comfortable. We promise you will be afforded the opportunity to experience three things at First Church: the chance to worship God, the chance to hear the Word, and the chance to come to an altar and feel the life-changing presence of God.
Can I get prayer during service?
Yes. During our Worship Service on Sunday mornings and our Adult Bible Study on Wednesday nights, we give our congregation the opportunity to petition God for any needs that may require prayer. During our prayer time, those who would like prayer are invited to step out into the aisle or come to the altar where a member of our prayer team will meet them.
Will I be able to meet the pastor?
Yes. Our Pastor and Pastoral Staff will make every effort to meet you personally when you visit. We believe it is very important for our Pastor to get to know you, and we want you to get to know him as well, so we also invite you to our monthly Pastor's Chat. Pastor's Chat takes place on the fourth Sunday of the month at 9:30 am in our Fellowship Hall. We'll serve you a light breakfast, present a short devotional, and give you the opportunity to meet our Pastor and Pastoral Staff.
